Privacy

This page explains what happens to your data when you use cognistechnologies.com. It is the website of Cognis Technologies (SMC-Private) Limited, Pakistan.

What this site collects

Nothing about you by itself. This site does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

The contact form

When you send the contact form, the details you type (your name, email address, message and the topics you tick) are sent to our server and emailed to us at support@cognistechnologies.com. We use them only to reply to you. The server keeps no copy of the message; it keeps a short-lived counter, tied to a hash of your IP address, to stop abuse. If the server cannot be reached, the form opens your email app with the message filled in instead, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

Fonts and scripts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, and its animation libraries from public content delivery networks (cdnjs and jsDelivr). Your browser therefore requests them from those servers, which see your IP address.

Our host

Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

SVG Lab

SVG Lab is a separate service with its own account system. Its own privacy policy applies at svglab.app/privacy.
